Of course, all of this is expensive to acquire, maintain, and present to the public. Our collections of 20,000 artifacts, 10,000 archives and books, and numerous exhibits acquired over the past 20 years are stored in several buildings in historic downtown St Joseph, Missouri. The museum’s buildings date back to 1883, at least one of which is on the National Registry of Historic Places. We gratefully accept donations of any kind and any amount. Military items are added to our ever-expanding collections; non-military items may be used or sold. Donated time and services are accepted and needed. Of course, monetary donations are greatly appreciated.

In the past, business contributors have received a 50% Missouri Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) Tax Credit. We can participate in future programs as NAP credits are available.
